You've sent your team to training. Now what?

Investments in AI tools are booming across the world. Organizations are embracing the possibilities of what these tools can do for their employees and ability to innovate.

And yet an important question is still being asked in meetings across the world: why is adoption not taking off like we expected?

Naturally, many organizations are guessing at what will help their workforce embrace this groundbreaking technology. Trainings, email campaigns, lunch and learns, and demos fill the calendars. And yet, they're slowly learning that motivating people and incentives only go so far.

That's because at its core AI adoption is behavior challenge, not an incentive challenge.

That's the focus of this workshop.

In 4 hours you and your leadership team will take part in a systematic approach to improving workforce AI adoption through the time-tested models and methods of Behavior Design. The same models and methods already used by leading companies across the world.

Together, we will go from a organizational wish to boost AI adoption to 3-5 concrete behavior interventions that your team can experiment with less than an a day, removing the guesswork as to what to focus on and what to ignore.

Everyone will walk out the workshop with clarity around:
1.) a concrete organizational aspiration or desired outcome that everyone can rally behind
2.) the most effective and feasible behaviors for creating traction right now
3.) how to balance both motivation and behavior interventions anchored in sustained adoption
